- Functional Strength & Balance with Fran Betts on Mondays from 2:30-3:30 p.m. at Trinity United Church
- Circuit with Dianne Matak on Tuesdays from 8:45-9:45 a.m. at the Centre
- Chair Yoga with Sandra Maltby-Mills on Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Trinity United Church
